About
Bradesco does not only value the Black Consciousness DAY in Brazil. We believe in the CULTURE of Black Consciousness and therefore, we have brought together enterprising black artists for BRAVOZ – Bradesco Meetings of Brazilian Voices the multimedia series that has already registered over 84.9 million views on YouTube and has surpassed 207.5 million impressions on the social networks.
Innovation presentation
The BRAVOZ project – Bradesco Meeting of Brazilian Voices – is a multimedia series with monthly publications, where we bring together black artists in their various manifestations (singers, photographers, panelists, designers) to draw a parallel on what their voices represent collectively and individually, on each trajectory covered. At each meeting, an artist will inspire the other in a conversation that can even bring new and exclusive creations. Bradesco, as a supporter of culture, is always looking out for new things and not just what is already established. With this vision, we bring the freshness of the new, showing and valuing the art and entrepreneurship of black people who have been growing and conquering their space in the cultural scene in Brazil.
In addition to having been conceived, created and executed by black people from the Bank's Social Networks team, this is a project with a consistency of 1 year, in which artists from all over Brazil gain a voice.
Between the conception of the idea, the development and approval of the project took about 4 months (from May to September). The recording of the video manifesto and the first film of the series took place in the month following the approval and the launch of the webserie took place simultaneously on Youtube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and the Negro da Semana podcast, on November 20, 2019 - when the Black Awareness Day in Brazil.
It is the first time that a Brazilian bank has launched such an expressive and consistent initiative to foster entrepreneurship with a focus on blackness and art.
Uniqueness of the project
In addition to valuing the plurality of different artistic expressions in Brazil, allowing people from all walks of life and from all corners of the country to feel represented by the series, BRAVOZ's music producer creates exclusive soundtracks for each episode.
The choice of artists that make up the series was very careful, taking into account the connection between the principles, values and pillars of the brand.
BRAVOZ goes beyond the celebration of Black Consciousness Day. BRAVOZ brings the strength and potency of black entrepreneurial artists in the transformation of this unique date into a Culture of Black Consciousness.
The initiative is unprecedented in the national financial scenario. It is the first time that a Brazilian bank has launched such an expressive and consistent initiative to foster entrepreneurship with a focus on blackness and art.
