Hello, I’m Isyonok! I’m an advanced combination of AI & ML -based technologies with the personableness and managerial skills of an experienced mentor. I am serving branch employees by helping them onboard faster and improve their knowledge and skills in the workplace with relevant advice, precise tips, online training, gamification tools and timely recommendations. I define priorities in staff skills’ development. I was born to save managers’ resources on supervising their staff.

Innovation presentation

ISYONOK is the embodiment of Smart Management System (ISU in Russian) which is the main operating software at branch employees’ workstations. It analyzes more than 1000 metrics on the staff’s everyday performance from more than 10 automated banking systems and gives tasks to each employee directly with tips on how to eliminate imperfections in business processes or customer service. Nevertheless, employees need regular feedback, personal advice and coaching sessions from their managers to improve their skills and business results. Some of these activities can be partly substituted by the AI-coach, thereby saving managerial resources.

Employees can chat with Isyonok in everyday language, just as they would to a friend or mentor. Interaction with Isyonok is not obligatory, but voluntary. If an employee is eager to train their skills and needs help in becoming a real pro, or is interested in becoming a star performer and getting a promotion, then Isyonok is the right option for them. He will:

1. give personal advice on their particular situation based on best practices and ready solutions

2. share recent corporate news and changes in the bank’s products and technologies

3. entertain them with a funny joke during their break

4. give positive feedback on remarkable results

5. never forget about an employee’s birthday and other important events in the company and beyond it

6. give support in difficult situations and try to improve their frame of mind

Isyonok is constantly learning and improving his skills together with the users via their responses, crowdsourcing and best practices.

But in the event he can’t help you himself, he’ll find more experienced colleagues among bank staff to consult an employee or share their best practices at work.

Uniqueness of the project

We consider Isyonok to be a unique AI personal coach - an invaluable tool and managers' assistant in improving the skills and efficiency of branch staff on such a scale. (It is no ordinary chat bot, but rather a long-term mentor who facilitates employees in achieving their goals and saves our managers time and efforts). This is becoming especially important considering the size of our 13K branch network, with more than 100K branch & supervising personnel and with ≥ 50M customers monthly.
