There are many different types of mortgage offers. With various interest rates and terms, from a range of providers: it’s difficult to get an overview in the todays information jungle.

Instead of spending a great deal of time running from one offer to the other, with key4 the client can simply let the providers come to him: with just a few information he immediately receives non-binding offers from various Swiss providers. They are transparent, independent, individual and of course free of charge. Thanks to a wide selection of offers and transparent price comparison, the client can choose the most attractive offer for each tranche: combine offers from different providers to obtain a suitable total financing package.

At the same time, individual and reliable advice is crucial. That’s why Key 4 is at the client’s side throughout the whole process – from advising him on the initial offer through to paying out the mortgage – and by presenting an home living ecosystem where the client can find all the needed information related to self-occupied real estate.

One radical innovative characteristic of key4 is the new approach to the former sluggish mortgage acquisition process. Whereby customers were once forced to visit different banks physically, to finally decide for a mortgage offer, key4 is going a new path. Key4 offers a unique and innovative way of choosing between various mortgage offers from several providers. Customers are given the possibility to chose from two different mortgage offers and to determine the desired ratio.

Platform lending is a disruptive element in the Swiss mortgage market, which is typically characterized as rather conservative and sluggish. key4 by UBS is a radical departure from this trend as it combines the convenience of a fully digital and semi-automated mortgage process with the personal advice of a seasoned expert client advisor that acts as a single point of contact for all sides involved.
