The Bradesco organization's data intelligence area has grown a lot. We needed to think of a structure capable of dealing with this growth in a sustainable way. Therefore, the strategy was to work in a cross way, with partner departments, leaders and managers. All those involved understood the need for a coordination effort to improve our processes related to people, projects and development.
