We are an institution committed to the financial inclusion of women. As an institution we are concerned with guaranteeing access to and use of our financial products and services, through a comprehensive offer, ensuring the financial health of our clients and encouraging them to achieve long-term financial well-being. Within this framework, since 2017 we have with a clear strategy called “SER Impulso Mujer” through which we promote the female market, focused on the microfinance and SME segments.

Customer focus:
We have developed a comprehensive offer focused on the specific needs of MiPyme women, it has asset products such as a specific credit for the development of their business.
Our offer is accompanied by training processes for business executives so that they understand the specific needs of this market, which allows us an optimal understanding of the client's needs based on their maturity cycle.
We are aware of the responsibility we have towards our clients, which is why we also have a non-financial offer that includes 3 pillars:
Training:
Create a differentiating added value to the market's financial proposal by developing keynote talks and a continuing education platform for our clients, through our OVANTE financial education platform and our “Face to the Future” program.
Formalization:
Provide tools that contribute to the growth and formality of MSMEs, moving from training to support through strategic alliances, generating retention, loyalty, upselling and cross-selling.
Focus on businesswomen: Create a space for personal and business development for businesswomen, being intentional in encouraging their participation and proposing topics according to their needs.
