Service industry is evolving. Thanks to technology, there are enormous amount of choices for customers to choose, which would create a burden to follow everything is separated. By understanding the changes in customers’ lifestyles and habits, corporations aiming to enhance customer satisfaction further, it is necessary to utilize the opportunities enabled by digital technologies. We, as Yapı Kredi, we have created a brand new service, My Car+.
My Car+ (Aracım+ in Turkish) is the meeting point for all the services related to our customers’ autos or motorcycles. They can pay the Vehicle Taxes and fines of their auto; they can start in-car payment while paying for their gasoline; they can follow the payments or make calculations of an Auto Loan; they can buy Casco Insurance for their car; they can make an appointment for their Vehicle Inspection; they can pay their HGS, which is fast toll collection for their journey, and the last but not least can buy second hand car or sell their own car with Notary payment system integration.
Uniqueness of the project
The mobile app industry is massive. There’re millions of apps waiting for its next user and thousands of them are adding up to total every month. The variety of apps cause technology overload and eventually overwhelm customers. To make their lives easier, we combined vehicle-related functions at a single point.
We aim to approach car owners’ needs in an unique way. We aspire to give our customers a perfect experience at a single point for their car. Beyond gathering internal and 3rd party services, we enabled in-app notifications for due dates like fines or Vehicle Tax payment to remind them.
