Neobank for Gen Z works in any messenger already live in France and Spain.
Today, Generations Y and Z have difficulty recognizing themselves in the traditional bank. This new generation is the one that is curious about new banking experiences. At the same time, this generation spends between 65% and 84% of its screen time on only 5 mobile applications (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Snapchat). Zelf is a banking solution that frees itself from any application and is only on social networks - via a chatbot. We have created a model where distribution is instantaneous and virtual. Clients сan enjoy AI-powered voice control overall operations with their money (commands like “Show me my balance”, “Create invoice for 50$”, “ask dad for 100$”, “Show me my expenses for November”) or use ergonomic button interface.
Uniqueness of the project
We get Gen Z first, fast, and super cheap: a card in 30 seconds without apps, plastic, or KYC. We issue a prepaid card, upgradeable to full card functionality via optional account verification. In other banks, KYC is a mandatory step, at ZELF it is an enabler of higher limits and greater capabilities. We eliminated card printing and delivery logistics to get super fast onboarding with cards instantly usable in Apple Pay and Google Pay. We have a great referral program and a lot of different contests. Zelf is available on social networks (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Viber, and others) - via a chatbot.
